Our Cyber Security program provides cyber-security camp experiences for students ages 13 -18. Our goal is to increase interest in cyber-security careers and increase the diversity in the cyber-security workforce, ensuring that enough young people are inspired to direct their talents in this area is critical to the future of our country’s national and economic security as we become even more reliant on cyber-based technology in every aspect of our daily lives.

What: Cyber Security Boot Camps Dates

When: February 23nd and February 24 (Saturday and Sunday), from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. 

​​Where: HackerLab 26th and R street Sacramento

Led by TechLatino, Hackers Lab and the EC Council, the cyber security training offers the two-day CSCU certification course to educate high school students about fundamental computer information security including the following:

• Securing Operating Systems

• Malware and Antivirus

• Internet Security

• Security on Social Networking Sites

• Securing Email Communications

• Securing Mobile Devices
